Terms of Service
Last updated July 7, 2026 · The agreement between your property and CatchyProposals
The Service
CatchyProposals (the “Service”) provides hotels and venues with tools to build, brand, publish, and share private proposal sites for group, meeting, and event opportunities — including proposal pages, interactive floor-plan and space presentations, media galleries, secure share links for proposal recipients, and engagement reporting for the sending hotel.
Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the hotel or company you register.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for keeping credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including seats you grant to team members.
Subscriptions and billing
- The Service is sold as an annual subscription at the price presented before any payment step.
- Subscriptions renew for successive annual terms unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- We will notify you by email before any price change takes effect; changes apply from your next renewal, never mid-term.
- Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.
Cancellation and refunds
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and your access continues through the end of the paid term.
- To cancel, or to request a refund review, contact support@catchyproposals.com from the email on the account. Refund requests are reviewed individually and answered within five business days.
- Unless required by law or stated otherwise in a signed order, fees already paid for the current term are non-refundable after the first 14 days of a new subscription.
- You may export your proposal content before your term ends.
Your content and responsibilities
- You retain ownership of the content you or your team upload or approve — photos, floor plans, logos, rates, menus, copy, and video.
- You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display that content to operate the Service.
- You are responsible for having the rights to everything you publish, and for the accuracy of rates, availability, capacities, and offer terms shown to your proposal recipients.
- A published proposal is your offer to your client, not ours; contracts formed from a proposal are between you and your client.
Proposal recipient analytics
Proposal links shared through the Service collect engagement information about how each proposal is viewed — including when it is opened, the approximate location of the viewer derived from their IP address, and which sections are read — and that information is reported to the hotel that sent the proposal. If you send proposals, you are responsible for using this reporting lawfully. Full details are in our Privacy Policy (Document I, section 3).
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content or activity.
- Attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other customers’ data.
- Resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement with us.
- Use proposal analytics to harass recipients or in violation of applicable privacy law.
Our intellectual property
The Service — including its software, design system, interactive floor-plan engine, and the CatchyProposals name and marks — belongs to us and our licensors. These terms grant you a subscription-term license to use the Service; they do not transfer any ownership in it.
Service availability
We work to keep the Service and your published proposal links available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance that affects published proposals.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for lost business, lost bookings, lost revenue, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or unlawful use, with reasonable notice where practicable. On termination you may request an export of your content for a period of 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will email the account owner at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
